SilK Foundation of Texas operates under board oversight, conflict-of-interest controls, charitable assistance policies, and documented review procedures.

Requests for support are reviewed based on eligibility, documentation, available resources, and alignment with the Foundation’s charitable mission.

When a request involves a person known to a founder, officer, board member, or major donor, SilK Foundation requires disclosure and review by disinterested decision-makers.

SilK Foundation prioritizes direct payment of eligible expenses to vendors, providers, or creditors. Reimbursements and hardship grants may be approved subject to documentation, policy, and available funding.

For corporate governance purposes, Bryan Kaus serves as President, Monica Silva Kaus serves as Secretary, and Tiffany Pittman serves as Treasurer.
