How It Works
Structured, transparent, dignified.
SilK Foundation of Texas provides a responsible charitable pathway for donors to support vetted individuals and families facing severe hardship.
How giving moves
Two ways to give. One disciplined process.
General Fund
Flexible support for approved participants and the infrastructure required to deliver assistance responsibly.
Give to the General FundApproved Participant Campaigns
Foundation-controlled campaigns created for approved participants after eligibility review, documentation, and consent.
View Approved CampaignsGeneral Fund
General Fund contributions support charitable assistance to approved participants and the responsible operations required to deliver it — governance, technology, compliance, and administration. SilK Foundation does not maintain a separate public Operations Fund; operations are sustained through unrestricted General Fund gifts.
Participant campaigns
Participant campaigns are temporary, Foundation-controlled campaigns associated with approved participants. SilK Foundation reviews each request, approves a campaign only after eligibility review, documentation, and consent, and retains full discretion and control over all charitable funds. Each campaign closes when the approved need is met, the campaign expires, or circumstances change.
From Gift to Support
How giving moves.
Stewardship is continuous — every gift moves through review, approval, and support, then back to sustaining the system that makes responsible giving possible.

Foundation Control
Donor intent, board-approved discipline.
All donations are charitable gifts to SilK Foundation. Donors may indicate a preferred program or approved participant support campaign; however, SilK Foundation retains full discretion and control over all funds and will use contributions consistent with its charitable mission, board-approved policies, donor intent where permissible, and applicable law.
